North Lincs Classic Motorcycle Club
Classic Trial bike action with north Lincs Motorcycle clubIn October 2000 local trials riders met up for a pint at the Lion Head pub in Winterton. The general consensus was that North Lincolnshire was lacking a good pre 65 and twinshock club which catered for beginners as well as more experienced riders, and hence North Lincolnshire Classic Motorcycle Club was formed.
The first trial was held at Ashby Ville Scunthorpe on New Years Day 2001. The club now has over 120 members and puts on 16 trials per year. Novice riders are still encouraged with very easy sections as well as clubman and expert routes. The club also allows under 13 to ride mono shock bikes, giving them an entry level into the sport.
