Wolseley Hornet Special Club

The Wolseley Hornet Special Club was founded in 1950 with the aim of encouraging the preservation and use of all special bodied Hornets manufactured between 1930 and 1935. The Club welcomes all enthusiasts of Wolseley Hornets, Sports and Specials as members, whether they are own an eligible car or not.


The club offers:-

Support and help from the committee and experienced members.
WHSC club magazines, which are published at least twice a year.
WHSC newsletters.
Club Spares. A variety of new and used spares is available through the Spares Secretary, and members are often prepared to swap or sell spares urgently needed by other members.
Area meeting usually held at pub venues in the Uk.

An Australian related section. In addition, there are members in many other countries, including France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Scandinavia, Switzerland, New Zealand, Malaysia, Southern Africa, the USA and Japan.
Friendly membership and advice on technical issues. In addition badges, regalia and technical literature are also available through the Club.
A number of members take part in competitive events with their Hornets, including sprints, hillclimbs, race meetings, rallies and trials.


Above all, the club provides the opportunity for members to meet others with the same interests. The accent is on informality and friendliness. Many chance meetings through the Club have developed into lifelong friendships. If you are interested in sports Hornets and Hornet Specials made from 1930 - 1935, we hope you will join the WHSC.
