1956 Series 1 109in LWB restored example SOLD
Motodrome are pleased to offer this 1956 example of a Series 1 Land Rover 109in, finished in Pastel Green
Found derelict in 2010 by the last owner, it was sent in to Churchill 4x4 in 2013 for restoration to the standard you see in the photos, and has covered minimal mileage subsequently, and remains in magnificent condition throughout.
The previous owner has a large shooting estate, and hence commissioned Churchill 4x4 to fully fit out the load area with bench seats either side (enough for 8 people) to use it as a shooting tender, and it remains ideally suited to this. The cab was trimmed to match, including deluxe door cards.
Otherwise it remains in largely original spec, including an original type 2. 0 engine (rebuilt and with minimal mileage) save for the fitting of parabolic springs. The original leaf springs are available but require restoration.
