Description:
MG - just say the name and you will by definition think of the classic English open sports car and MG has had many successes, but the biggest one is probably MGB. However, this was not enough for MG, they wanted to make the ultimate MG, the MGC, which they presented at the Earls Court Motor Show on 18 October 1967. It was to be the successor of BMC's Big Healey, but already in September 1969, production was stopped after only 8. 999 cars were produced (total Roadster & GT). This makes an MGC a very rare car even for collectors. Most cars went to the US and to the home market.
Our MGC is an extremely rare car as it is one of only 498 original LHD Europe roadsters produced and it is a Danish car from new.
The last Danish owner has owned the car for 20 years and is a great Danish MG expert. There has been invested large sums in the car through the years and in 2018 it was completely renovated and repainted in a very nice dark blue color. The car has "matching numbers" and the Danish history of the car is known. Technically in 2018, large sums of money were also invested in the car.
The car is 100% original except the Minilite wheels and is also equipped with a Laycock overdrive.
This is the car for enthusiasts who want a very rare and good looking MG.
The car is located in Denmark about 140 km. from the German border. We speak German and English. Here you can see many photos of the car: - details above

The MGC was not simply a tuned MGB however, it was a considerably re-engineered car, with new torsion ...
