1958 Panther Villiers 197cc For Sale
1958 Villiers 197cc Panther
Numbers matching bike and current V5C all here registered at our address and name.
Super original barn find, speedo shows to read 01281, possibly genuine as when you look around the bike the areas that generally show wear don't seam to have any. Been off the road for many years.
I purchased this from the long term owner in 2016, i have simply removed the carb and cleaned in an ultrasonic bath (air filter was missing), replaced the gear oil, obtained a spark, removed and cleaned the fuel tank (tank is very clean with a good original clean metal inside), Fresh fuel and fired up on the 3rd Kick. with very light recommissioning this would make a lovely original example to keep as a oily rag finish, i have disconnected the generator plug for the lighting system until wiring and connections are checked. My son has been riding around our grounds here and successfully clocked up a few miles and runs pretty sweetly, Im not suggesting you do but if you were local then I'm very confident you would ride this home.
Please call and i can talk you through further details. the details below
