The TD21 was introduced in 1959 with a total of 784 produced of which 592 were built with saloon coachwork. The car was delivered new to Winforton Motors Ltd of Hereford on 28th June 1961. The original build record show the body being replaced for the later series 2 body on 7th February 1963. The three litre straight six power unit gives 115bhp through the four speed manual/overdrive gearbox with a top speed of 100mph. This car, which still in its original colour scheme, is in very good condition and offers classic motoring at a competitive price.
The Alvis TD21 was made between 1958 and 1963. Our car was registered in 1959. The 2993cc vehicle was restored in the 90s with photographs available to support the work undertaken. 25,035 miles show.....
This is a wonderful example of the 1961 Alvis TD21 Series 1, RHD with the desirable manual gearbox. Finished in Maroon with red interior, carpets and tudor webasto sunroof.
