1959 Rover P4 60, in superb, original condition! For Sale
Please see our website for a lot more pictures!
If you are looking for a very well cared for, lovely, original example of this quality car, you may have just found the one!
The car is in exceptional condition, having never been restored, just gently used, well maintained and presumably garaged for most of its sixty years.
Its interior is wonderful, it has the smell of leather and wood that you never get in a restored car, even the original carpets appear virtually unworn.
The bodywork is again superb and original, with we believe mostly the original paint, there are some minor blemishes, but you have to look carefully.
The chromework isn’t perfect, but it is very presentable.
There is a good history with the car, it shows the car was bought new by a school teacher from Camborne, Cornwall.
The car starts easily and runs and drives very well, as you would expect, it will come with a fresh mot and a full service.
Finished in two tone green, fern over rush, we would describe this P4 as a nice original classic.
With a very low ownership since first registered in 1962, it has only 5 owners registered owners.
This Rover P4 is converted with a Mercedes 300 Diesel engine, automatic gearbox and electric power steering fitted.
Seems very solid, runs and drives, needs improvements on paintwork and a good check.....
