Serial number BA1014189 - The BSA Golden Flash, commonly referred to as the Gold Flash was a 646cc air cooled parallel twin designed by Bert Hopwood and produced by Birmingham Small Arms Company (BSA} at Small Heath, Birmingham. The Golden Flash was the first model in the BSA A10 series. it was offered in either Black or a distinctive Golden paint finish, with 80% of production destined for the USA this was to ultimately lead to lengthy delivery times for British customers. Production ceased during 1963. This particular example benefits from a Swallow" Jet 80 side car combination
