The Jaguar XK 120 OTS (Open Two-Seater) had a six-cylinder inline engine with 3.442 cc and 160 bhp, which helped the roadster to reach a top speed of 200 km / h. This was the first dual overhead camshaft Jaguar engine: a design that has until now only been ventured into the smallest series of hand-assembled engines.
This XK 120 is the rare SE version, which stands for special equipment and is distinguished from the production model by a more powerful engine, spoked wheels and harder springs.
The Jaguar was completed in December 1952 in England and sold in January 1953 on the general importer Max Hoffmann in the United States. Finally, the Jaguar first came to Finland and then to Germany, where the car was extensively restored. Many bills document the work and the many new parts, which were installed by specialists. To enable participation in professional rallies and exits, a TWIN Rallye Master was installed for precise route detection. This Jaguar is definitively ready for race and tour!
