1968 Triumph 2000 MK I Automatic Saloon. Only 38,000 miles from new. Triumph White with black upholstery. Supplied new by Loxhams Garages Ltd of St. Annes-On-Sea to G.W. Urquhart Ltd of Blackpool. This MK I 2000 is becoming quite a rare sight on our roads nowadays especially in automatic form. The Triumph has been with its last owner for 11 years and during this time has been cherished and seen very little use. The bodywork is very straight and the interior superb in unmarked black with no sign of wear. The history file contains the original owners wallet with handbook and service book, a huge wad of old MoT certificates back to the first one issued in 1971, these back up the incredibly low mileage of just 38000. Now fitted with a set of Minilite style alloy wheels that really set the car off. On road test the car performed just as it should with a strong engine mated to a smooth automatic gearbox. The car has only had only 3 previous owners in its 50 year life. Approximately 16 years ago the car was bumped at the resulting in a dented boot lid and a crease in the rear quarter panel which resulted in insurance company paying out however this was professionally repaired at the time and the car has passed its MOT test ever since. Upon sale the car will be given a fresh MOT. Absolutely any inspection is welcome and viewing is highly recommended. All major debit cards accepted. Delivery can be arranged.
