Joe Quinn's Special Austin Mercury. For Sale (1952) edit C118846 | | | This special was built by Joe Quinn in Ulster in the winter of 1952, it was a competitive car, and competed in hillclimbs on even terms with the Titterington Allard J2 and was raced throughout Ireland in both National and International events.
It has been completely rebuilt with a competition V8 Mercury 4,250cc, factory aluminium 'heads, original Edelbrock manifold and three downdraft carbs.
A roll cage has been installed, it has an Mot and tax and is ready to go.
