AW11 Mk1 Toyota MR2 for sale For Sale (1988) edit C117113 | | | 1988 mk1b, E reg, 1.6 twin cam manual, 79,000 miles, very good condition inside and out, engine and gearbox run sweet.
12 months MOT (29/09/2010), Part service history, black cloth interior, elec windows/mirrors, removable/tilt glass sunroof, Cobra alarm & immobaliser, alloys, cd player, original toyota toolkit.
Last MOT 24/10/08 - new alternator belt, welded OS a-post.
Replaced windscreen due to stone chip 11/08
Very recent oil change.
Has just recently passed MOT with flying colours (29/09/09), only thing that needed doing was to replace the windscreen wipers!
No rust on arches which is a common problem area.
Very cheap classic insurance, fast & economical (35-40mpg normal driving)
Only real bad point is a crack in the paintwork on the front passenger side wing, which is not really that noticeable unless you're up close. There is also a tiny spot of rust on the edge of one of the headlights, again hardly visible. Can provide pics if needed.
The only reason she's up for sale is because I plan on traveling and car is not essential. As such she currently has no tax.
