MGB Roaster Tax Exempt For Sale (1972) edit C114694 | | | 1972 MG Roaster, Damask Red, Navy Seating, Lovely condition. This is a 1972 Roadster that was exported to America when new and brought back to the UK in 1998. At that time it underwent extensive restoration and conversion back to chrome bumpers, and has only covered 29000mls since then. The last owner purchased the car in Sept 2001 from Old Star Garages at Wetherby for £8000 with 27989mls on. He has since looked after it and drove it only when the sun shone and hence the vehicle has only 29393mls on the clock now. This is a really well looked after and very usable Roaster. Its currently mot'd until Aug 2010 and starts and runs on the button. Full Tonneau cover is included as is the original owners manual. This vehicle is not concours but is very very good condition. The perfect Roadster for someone who wants a vehicle they can use straight away and yet spend the odd evening tweaking and tinkering with to make pristine.
